Dog on highway barrier creates traffic hazard

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers sent a unit to the southbound lanes of the 900 block of Highway 146 bypass near a lighthouse after a caller reported a black and white pit bull standing on the concrete barrier and creating a possible roadway hazard.
