Male swimmer rescued offshore at Juliana Resort

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded near a lakeside resort for reports of a male swimmer offshore yelling for help. The swimmer was brought to shore, appeared to be out of the water and generally okay, and EMS met him at the resort to evaluate his condition.
