Toddler falls from toy and hits head in Dexter

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical crews were dispatched to a residence near Shoup Street in Dexter after a young child reportedly fell off a toy, hit their head, and briefly had eyes roll back while remaining conscious and breathing normally.
