Sixty-seven-year-old man with chest pain near Lockerman School

As discussed during the dispatch call, a sick person was reported near Lockerman Middle School, across Caroline and High streets. A sixty-seven-year-old man has chest pain and shortness of breath with a cardiac history. Aspirin was not given due to the patient's condition.
