Caller reports son briefly held in shed during bike dispute

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a 911 call reporting a caller’s son was trying to get his bike back from a person known only as “(name withheld)” a few houses away, and the caller said her son was being held hostage in a shed by the alley. The son returned while the caller was on the phone, and they may want to make a report. No weapons were reported.
