Buckled westbound lanes on Highway 115 in Dell Rapids

As discussed during the dispatch call, authorities reported that westbound lanes of Highway 115 near an intersection and in front of a Pizza Ranch in Dell Rapids appear to have buckled, and transportation crews were requested to inspect the road.
