Driver reported for slow speed and lane issues

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were notified about a possible impaired or unsafe driver traveling well below the speed limit and drifting between lanes on Route 5 and 10 near a go-kart parking lot. The vehicle was later seen pulling into the lot, and officers were given its license plate to locate it.
