Power line fire on utility pole on Carlisle Terrace

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews respond to a reported downed power line with a small fire on top of a utility pole near Carlisle Terrace. Additional medical units are dispatched to a separate traumatic injury call on Westover Road.
