Woman walking in roadway near Deaver

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a woman walking in the middle of the road near Deaver and trying to flag down vehicles. The caller believed she may be under the influence of something and was concerned she could be hit by a car. A deputy acknowledged the call and headed toward the area to check on the situation.
