Fire in second-floor ceiling at North End Tavern

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a reported structure fire near North Main Street in De Soto. Units worked on smoke and fire in the upper floors and ceiling, used fans for ventilation, and coordinated with utility and public works personnel due to broken water lines. A second alarm response was staged near a nearby shopping plaza, and all personnel were reported accounted for.
