Intoxicated man with rifle makes self-harm statements

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were sent for a welfare check near East Dexter Trail for an intoxicated 49-year-old who reportedly made statements about wanting to harm himself. He had a rifle out at one point; an update indicated the rifle was out again, and it was unknown whether it was loaded.
