Person shining flashlight into home window

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible prowler near a residence on East Main Street by Long Creek Church Road in Dallas. The reporting party said someone was shining a flashlight into a window while dogs were barking. No weapons were reported.
