Unattended campsite with belongings at state park

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to Keystone Landing State Forest Campground for a welfare check after a caller reported an unattended campsite. A tent at site seven appeared left behind with a wallet and other personal belongings, and no one had been seen there since Friday despite the site being scheduled to be empty.
