Welfare check on young girl sitting by roadside

We had a caller said that there is a young female sitting on the side of the road about 50 yards down Glendale after turning off 69 on the westbound side.

He said she just seemed awfully young to be out there by herself and just wanted to do a welfare check on her to make sure she's okay.
