Burned HVAC motor triggers fire alarm at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a reported burning smell from an HVAC unit at a building near Sandwich Court in Crofton. The power to the unit was secured, ventilation was handled naturally, and there appeared to be no fire extension.
