Driver with labored breathing backs vehicle into ditch

As discussed during the dispatch call, units responded near Old Mormon Bridge Road in Crescent for a male driver who reportedly backed a vehicle into a ditch and appeared to be having a medical emergency with labored breathing. An air ambulance was placed on standby and later told to stand down.
