As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report from a semi truck driver about a reckless black pickup truck, possibly a Ford F-250, driving northbound on Highway 491 near the travel center, reportedly tailgating and brake-checking the caller’s vehicle. The vehicle reportedly has a partial Utah license plate with the numbers (number withheld)-(number withheld).
