Officers search area after reports of people yelling

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to the county jail after staff reported hearing people screaming outside, possibly moving from near Park Street toward the Osprey building and then closer to the bridge by the police department. Multiple units checked the surrounding area with jail deputies.
