As discussed during the dispatch call, units were advised of a possible alcohol violation/underage drinking involving a small group at a boat launch near W Arizona St. The group was associated with a white Dodge and a gray Ford Ranger (both reportedly with boats/trailers) and was later reported headed toward Brigham on SR-13.
