Chief Complaints going to be Dizziness with a single episode. Patient states that she was in a library in a meeting and sudden onset of dizziness, a little bit of blurred vision. Patient reports, dry mouth, hasn't really had much water to drink the last few days, less than 24 ounces between the last two days. But set of vitals, both calls, board pressure 119 over 86, as we've used 97% on room rate. Air, pulse rates 91, 12 weeks, so sign a rhythm on the monitor.
