Blood sugar is over 500. He is currently conscious, alert, disoriented, minimally cooperative. Vitals on the monitor, heart rate in the 150s, flow pressure 100 over 75, satting in the 90s. He is on a couple of liter of oxygen. And he's got an end title nasal cannula of, sorry, an end title CO2 of 5, and the rest of the rate in the 40s to 50s. He's got two IVs established, both running wide open with fluids, and for Zofran on board. We'll see you probably in about 7 minutes.
