I witnessed this! That lady hit a good Samaritan that was helping some people move a stalled vehicle out of the intersection. Her light was green and she was irritated because she couldn't go and she went around another vehicle that was waiting for all pedestrians to move and she hit that young man. I stopped traffic and helped with the victim. All I can say is for everyone to pray for this young man!
