Overturned sailboat with two people rescued

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a reported water rescue near State Route 49, where a sailboat had apparently overturned with two people in the water wearing flotation devices. Later radio updates indicated the people were out of the water and back in a sailboat near the shoreline.
