Traffic stop on Kenmore Blvd after driver failed to stop

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a traffic stop on Kenmore Boulevard west of Route 22 for a vehicle with a badly damaged rear bumper. The driver initially did not stop and was reported as a possible impaired driver. Additional units from Commercial Point were requested to assist.
