Welfare check for missing wheelchair user in Colville

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a request for a welfare check on a man who uses a wheelchair and reportedly has a partial amputation of his left leg. His case manager has been unable to reach him by phone, which is going straight to voicemail, and is concerned for his well-being. Officers are asked to check his condition at a residence on East Juniper Avenue in Colville.
