It's an older SUV, possibly a Chevy Suburban or a Yukon with silver rims, occupied by a shorter male wearing all black. The driver exited the vehicle in front of 517 Butler Avenue after circling the block three times and held what looked like a gun. The vehicle went northbound and the victim also ran northbound.
