They need to stop them from standing there begging. Walking up to people just looking at you. It's dangerous. I was reaching for something in my car. The guy thought I was giving money. I looked and he's standing at my car window waiting. It also makes the area look bad. Leaving trash at the intersection. Make a law for this no panhandling allowed!
