The nights are getting cold and will continue to get colder. It makes one wonder if the children are being taken away from other family members or parent is the escaping the law. The car’s licence plate should identify owner, if it’s not stolen. The children should be in a warm, safe place if not a shelter facility. Our schools have proven not to be always a safe place considering recent violence.
