Person with psychiatric problem at tattoo shop sidewalk

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a reported psychiatric problem near a tattoo shop on North La Cadena Drive between West H Street and West G Street. Police were requested, but it was reported there were no weapons and the person was not violent.
