Controlled burn mistaken for structure fire

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units were dispatched to a reported structure fire with flames visible near the 3700 block of Route 39 in the Collins area. Responding agencies determined it was a controlled burn, and all fire units returned to service. A separate medical call involved an elderly woman at an apartment complex on Armadillos Road with difficulty breathing and a rapid heart rate.
