Broken down truck unloading items at restaurant

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received an information call from a person at a restaurant on Main Street in Collbran about a broken down red pickup truck. The caller said they would be moving tables and chairs from the truck into another vehicle, and officers were advised in case of possible suspicious activity reports.
