Man with shoulder injury and amputated leg in apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were dispatched to an apartment near Dillon Drive in Colby for a man in his fifties with an upper right shoulder injury. The patient uses a wheelchair and has an amputated leg.
