Suspicious box possibly holding abandoned animals

They've advised that they have had a caller call in about a box that is on Oxbow Highway around the Big Mountain Church Road access.

Possible close address of (number withheld).

Is there a buzzer in the dirt? Caller told them they can't really see what's in the box or anything, but they're.

Afraid someone has dropped off some animals.
