Repeated silent 911 call from cell phone

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a possible 911 hang-up from a cell phone where only movement was heard. The number appears to be associated with a resident at a nearby housing complex, and the call was sent to unit 523 to check the area, possibly including the parking lot.
