Older woman falls down stairs, suffers hip and leg pain

Carlton dispatch, station one, ambulance, respond to (number withheld) 8th Street for an 80 year old female that fell off of about three stairs, fell onto her leg and hip, but she is complaining of hip pain right now and is unable to get up.
