Suspicious car and person reported on Rabbit Run Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were dispatched to the area of Rabbit Run Road in Clintondale for a report of a suspicious vehicle turning its lights on and off and a suspicious person seen nearby with a flashlight. The reporting party did not want contact with officers.
