Juveniles refuse to leave Collinwood recreation center

As discussed during the dispatch call, off-duty law enforcement at Collinwood Recreation Center on Lakeshore Boulevard requested assistance for three juveniles who were reportedly refusing to leave the property. Units were dispatched with a non-emergency response to address the disturbance.
