Unknown person found inside vacant upstairs unit

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported a possible intruder in the upstairs unit of a residence near West 112th Street in Cleveland. The caller said a woman was inside an apartment that was believed to be vacant, and officers were dispatched on a code one response.
