As discussed during the dispatch call, a reported assault was dispatched near Crest Circle and Flowers Dr (near Joint Rd). The caller said an adult struck an 8-year-old child in the face. The suspect was reported to still be on scene and described as a Black male wearing red pants. The caller reportedly had a firearm.
