Tree on power line causes fire on River Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched to the area of River Road in Clear Lake for a reported tree that struck a power line, which was described as smoking, sparking, and on fire. The fire chief requested notification of the utility company and an estimated time of arrival.
