Power line down and transformer blown in yard

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a reported downed power line in a yard near BO Lane in East Finley Township. A transformer apparently blew, causing a power outage in the area. No active arcing or sparking was reported, and units later returned to service.
