Man found disoriented on roadway after possible fall

If I got a 3rd party call from a female advising that they located this male out in the roadway, talking out of his head, not right mental state, advising fallen.

Didn't know any kind of injuries or anything like that.

They've got him back in his residence.

But the caller got 98, I've got EMS en route, if you can get around with him.
