Motorcycle speeding without plates on Pratt Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to reports of a red motorcycle without plates driving at high speed along Pratt Avenue and East Street in Clark Mills. The operator was seen without a helmet. Officers conducted an area check but made no contact with the rider.
