Man yelling and acting erratically on Loomis Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a call about a middle‑aged man yelling and acting erratically on private property and near a cemetery along North Loomis Road. Deputies later found a man believed to be the same person getting into a minivan at a nearby residence, where he appeared to live.
