Possible 417[1]-6962 crux drives RP approached the van and a female subject got out of it with a wrench in her hand she never swung it ahead of him but she did have it in her hand White, female, 50s, 60s, heavy-billed, unknown clothing description. Played on the van is 8X-ray 90876. Comfax cleared in 24 and an 09 Ford out of Torrents with a release of liability off Linda Sue Way, Sacramento. Evidently, the van had been honking for several minutes when the RP approached it.
