Multi-vehicle crash on I-20 near Ranger Hill

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a multi-vehicle crash on I-20 westbound near Ranger Hill involving a rolled semi, a car, and a pickup. Several patients were evaluated, with three apparently transported, and an air ambulance was placed on standby then canceled. Responders noted a possible language barrier with some of the people involved.
