Driver reports being struck and nearly hit again

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported that a driver stopped to check a U-Haul near the Cimarron area and was struck by another vehicle. The other driver reportedly then attempted to hit the caller again, possibly while traveling eastbound (direction not confirmed).
