Other locations including Voyager's National Park. The entire boundary waters is also included. The hazardous weather conditions are expected through Thursday morning. The following impacts are expected. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood prom locations. Additional details, multiple rounds of heavy rainfall are forecast through late Wednesday night. This heavy rainfall may fall on top of already saturated soils from other recent heavy rainfall and lead to excessive runoff. Flash flooding is possible. Flood advisory now in effect until 11.15 a.m. Central Daylight time this morning. Urban flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. The areas affected include East Central Icasca County and west central St. Louis County. The hazardous weather conditions are expected until 1115 a.m. Central Daylight Time Wednesday. The following impacts are expected, minor flooding and low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. Additional details at... 7.45 a.m. Central Daylight Time Wednesday, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms fell overnight and another round will fall through mid-morning today. This will cause additional urban and small stream flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Another round of rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area again. This additional rain will result in additional minor flooding. Some locations that will experience flooding include Hibbing, Chisholm, Mountain Iron, Coalor Rain, Buoyne, Nashwalk, Cherry, Taconite, Pend Julie, Hill and X mine State Park, McCarthy Beach State Park, Trout Lake, Trout Lake, Marble, Heart Lake, Calumet and Swan Lake.
