Missing child located after custody exchange no-show

As discussed during the dispatch call, chisholm units searched for a missing child after a parent did not show for a custody exchange. Officers checked local parks and a lake trail (child reported to be on a big pink scooter) and later reported the child was located near 10th Street SW.
