As discussed during the dispatch call, a female patient near Point Pleasant Heights appears to be experiencing heavy breathing and panic. Medical responders were dispatched with an estimated arrival time of 16 minutes. The patient has somewhat calmed but continues to breathe heavily. The scene was later reported as code 4.
